To participate in skiing or snowboarding at Echo Mountain, participants are required to complete a waiver release form which must be current for the 2007-2008 season. Those under 18 who are not accompanied by a parent/legal guardian, should print the waiver below and have a parent/guardian sign in advance to send with the minor.
